I know that there’s no such thing as healthy junk food but as Rachel Ray says, choose the one which is the lesser evil.
In comes the multi grain Pringles.
Tastes really good and it’s not as ‘wheaty’ as some grain based foods. You probably wouldn’t even notice the difference. According to the nutrition sheet, it only has 174 calories for every 17 pieces of chips. Not saying that I counted my intake but that’s good to know.
Now we have an alternative. Keep on munching those chips!
