Cooking bug bit me again. Decided to add some greens to a meaty and carbo-loaded meal.
Easy peasy spinach lasagna:
Prepare pasta as instructed on box. Prepare red sauce as you usually do.
For the cheese sauce, i just melted various cheeses in a dollop of cream with a few tablespoons of milk then added the spinach (frozen spinach are available in SM groceries). Stack up the ingredients starting with the red sauce first, pasta, red sauce, cream sauce and so on and so forth. Bake.
Viola! Yummy lasagna for pasta lovers!
