Josephine’s Tagaytay

When in Tagaytay, we never bothered eating anywhere else except for the usuals like Leslie’s and Bag of Beans.

But we went there on New year’s Day so my sis had to look for restaurants that were open and we stumbled upon Josephine’s.

What’s nice about the resto is that it’s overlooking the Taal Volcano plus good and affordable food. I didn’t like our server though (he was too feeling chummy with us) but all else was ok.

I recommend the cucumber smoothie (very refreshing!) and the chicken sampaloc soup (very sour! Yum!). The restaurant is huge too so you can be sure you’ll be able to sit, even if there would be a little waiting during peak seasons.
