Staycation: Azumi Boutique Hotel

Standard

While everyone was either going to Manila to see the Pope or flying out to beaches, we decided to spend the long weekend in the South – a staycation at Azumi Boutique Hotel! I totally enjoyed our time so much so I don’t have any photos. Haha! But here’s the thing: I have only positive things to say about the place! What you see in their website is what you get!

It’s not as big as a regular hotel but given the price (approx. P2800 per night), it’s super sulit! Everything is clean, they provide the basic necessities, cable TV and wifi are available, you have a small kitchen with a ref, and hot water in the rain shower. A pool is also available on the top floor (pent house) and parking is sufficient. It’s walking distance to Alabang Town Center, Molito’s which has some restos and Puregold grocery and super near CCF! Public transportation is available if you’d like to go to SM Southmall, Festival Mall or SnR. Best part is, they also have free shuttle service to the malls! I also love how super duper nice the staff are – from the front desk to the guards to the driver (named Mark FYI).

I guess the only not positive thing I’ll say is that because it’s really cheap and nice, it’s somewhat the motmot of the nearby call center people (as observed by my sister since she works in that industry). Haha! But as long as we keep away from each other, no problem there. Haha. Another not positive thing is that because the walls are so thin, you can hear the conversations outside but if that’s not an issue for you (which was for me since I’m a sensitive sleeper), then the hotel is still almost perf!
