Unusual tip on how to pack light

Standard

Aside from the regular tips on packing light – doing research on your destination, planning what to wear, mix n match – I would like to add another one: bring “decent, wearable” clothes instead of regular pambahay/pantulog pajamas.

This tip has saved me a lot during those I-don’t-want-to-wear-what-I-planned-on-wearing moments. Instead of bringing your ratty shorts & shirts, bring the ones you won’t be ashamed to wear outside or instead of pajamas, bring leggings or palazzo pants.

This way, you’ll have a completely new set of clothes you could wear or choose from!
