Foodie review: Wildflour’s Alfajor

Dropped by Podium and since Wildflour always has a 50% off discount on pastries and breads (nearing their closing time), I decided to buy something sweet. Alfajors caught my attention because I love the ones from Baguio’s Good Shepherd.

Regular price is P130 – a price I would not pay – so good thing they were half price. It’s bigger than Good Shepherd’s but it was just ok – sweet and crunchy with a bit of bitter taste on the crust. But I still prefer Good Shepherd’s Alfajor – that one is so good!

PS. Found it hilarious that now they have leftover cronuts for half the price when before, people would line up for them.
