Good news for frequent travelers! No more long lines and expensive taxi cabs! Terminal 3 now has shuttle buses going to Baclaran and EDSA Pasay Taft (MRT/LRT) located at the far right side of the departure exit. Shuttle buses are also available at the EDSA Pasay Taft terminal (last stop) going to the airport. Plus, other shuttle buses go to Terminals 1, 2 an 4.
Operating hours are 5:30am-11pm (though sometimes they extend depending on bulk of passengers). Fare is flat rate of P20. Driver will wait for the bus to get full before leaving. Buses are fairly clean & aircon is cool and working; seats are small as usualz
It may not seem much since you’ll still have to take another transpo if you need to go somewhere else but it’s a start. There is hope for the Philippines yet.
*Update: they now also have buses from Terminal going to Alabang via Skyway (first trip at 7am, last trip 8pm)! So good!
And based on helpful comments below, Starmall Alabang buses going to NAIA Terminals are located near Lawton buses. If you are facing Starmall, it’s at the right side – about 3 mins walk – away of Starmall complex. These buses go to Baclaran and Terminal 2. Departure time is not yet confirmed but some commuters have already experienced riding as early as 6am. Fare is Php60.
*Note: I read that they had these shuttles as early as 2011 but stopped operating them. Good thing they resumed.

ang alam ko meron sa pagitan ng L&B at Starmall. May mga Lawton buses doon at may mga time na merong Terminal 3 Buses kaming nakikita (usually around 6-8am yata yun)

Hi, just wanna share lang. Kung saan yung sakayan ng mga bus ng Lawton dun din nakapila yung mga bus papuntang Terminal 1,2,3. Makikita mo sya nakapila dun, yun nga lang may time talaga sila kung anong oras aalis may sakay man o wala aalis yung bus. Nakasakay ako kanina mga 6 am umalis din ng mga 6:15 tapos wala pang 20mins nasa Terminal 3 na kami. Sobrang bilis yun nga lang fare is 60 pesos na. Sana nakatulong! Hindi ko alam yung ibang time ng bus dun meron din atang 7am.

Hi! I’m from alabang and the only “fastest” transportation right now from alabang is to take magallanes bus stop from starmall and cross magallanes bridge and ride either a cab or a jeepney to villamor then another jeepney from villamor to NAIA T3. takes me around 1.5 hours to arrive.

Hi! Pwede ka pumunta muna ng terminal 3 (may shuttle from terminal 1 to 3), then alabang bus, then sta cruz na bus sa south station.
Or pwede ka mag taxi papunta sa LRT Taft, may mga sta cruz buses na dun. 🙂 ingats! 🙂

Hi Maria. Yes they are still operating. Sa dulo ng MRT Taft, baba ka sa stairs (kung nakaharap ka ng northbound, sa right side siya na stairs). Pagbaba mo may mcdo na agad. Pasok ka sa terminal ng buses then medyo sa may loob siya eh. You may ask for directions din once there. Im
Not aware of any strict schedule. Ang alam ko lang aalis na sila pag medyo puno na bus then operating hours is 530am-11pm sa terminal na yun. Hope this helps.
